“Ah, the serenity...”
Serene and private, spotlessly clean, easy drive to all local attractions. Host, Nicci, is both welcoming and unobtrusive. Loved the wood fire! WiFi can be sluggish but fine for messaging and e-browsing. Enjoyed a visit from 3 kangaroos on our last morning too.

“A great place to stay just out of town with everything you'll need - 5 stars!!!”

“Wine and tranquility”
Top marks to Nicci and the 31 Rocks team. Great accommodation, very clean, well equipped, perfectly laid out so each villa had privacy, 10 minute walk to town but the facilities are so good you just stay in and drink the wine brought from some fantastic wineries in the area.
