“Well located moderate price country Motel providing excellent service and quality”
Having travelled from far North Queensland to find such a well presented, clean and well located Motel at such a reasonable price was wonderful. The shower was amazing, comfy bed and walking distance to food outlets and supermarkets highly recommend.

“The best place to stay in Benalla”
We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was just perfect for our visit and had everything we could need/want (including wall mounted TVs in both bedrooms). It was also meticulously clean. “Friend’s funeral”
We stayed here overnight for a friend’s funeral. First I will say the cleaning staff are amazing so helpful and very polite. “A regular stop”
I’ve been staying here for years and can rely on it for value, cleanliness, service and convenience. It has on site parking suitable for my vehicle, easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. The hosts are always welcoming. The rooms are well appointed with wifi and air conditioning.

As with many rural motels,Covid changed what was offered. This motel is basically a very ordinary 1960-70s establishment, that has changed little in the past 50years.
