This is a great little family owned hotel. Everything works. It is not too far away from the sites and grocery stores. People are really nice and considerate. Only minor issue is the scent that I do not like. Will be back again.

Lovely staff, walking distance to the restaurants. 15 minute walk to Lakes Entrance Club, great Asian food. The motel room is decorated with modern furnishings and very comfortable beds/pillows. “Very pleasant surprise”
I was a little cautious- we don’t normally book motels and it was cheap. We were very pleasantly surprised and impressed! “Ok spot for a quick overnight stay”
This was a very standard motel which we stayed in for one night as part of a month-long driving holiday. It was clean and tidy. Not sure what makes it 'boutique' though. Good location in Lakes Entrance and easy walk to places to eat.
