“Better than expected for a huge chain hotel”
Used Amex platinum hotels program for this and the perks made it spectacular. got a nice upgrade to a corner room with a nice view of the multiple pools which weren’t busy at noonish and had really nice cabanas and other seating. the breakfast was outstanding and only wish we would have gone down … more

I have always looked forward to my annual mini break at Crown Towers but the luxury standard is dropping. Crystal Club does not feel exclusive anymore.
