“Second time in prison - and I'm happy to return a third time”
At YHA Fremantle Prison, you have the chance to sleep in old cells of the Fremantle Women's Prison, or if that's too spooky for you, you can go for an ordinary room with prison flair. “We stay here every trip”
Great hostel located in part of the old prison, one block from everything Fremantle. Loads of different types of accommodation - we take private room with en-suite. Huge fully equipped kitchen. Good WiFi if you get the app, basic WiFi w/o app. We will return.

“Fun short attraction.”
A perfect visit for a morning or afternoon and recommend the guided tour as the guides are both informative and amusing. The site has limited facilities but adequate for a short visit. “Great value with everything in walking distance.”
Great value for money in well maintained and clean family room with ensuite and all other mod cons. The hostel is centrally located to the pubs and restaurants of the capuchino strip and Freo markets. All common areas were modern and clean. Would certainly stay there again.
