“Top wellness hotel in Austria”

The best hotel when we visited in Europe. Excelent breakfast, silence room and perfect area. In the hotel is drinking water by Grander technology. Hotel is oriented for 40+ visitor, non smoking area in the whole hotel.

Honestly speaking we did not expect much from the place. We were simply looking for a place to stay for one night on the way from Italy to Moscow (we were traveling by car). The reality surpassed any expectation. Beautiful location, just 10 km away from the highway. Great swimming centre (aqua park) with sliding slopes and tubes, pools of different temperature, sauna, spa, etc. Welcoming drinks (try the local rose wine - a must), surprising price for a beer in the lobby bar - Euro 2.90 for half litre (Euro 5 to 6 in any place in Italy). Rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. Not exactly very elegant but large and of very solid wooden furniture. Very good for travellers with kids.

“Nice hotel but should offer private sauna as well”

PuchasPlus is a very nice, small hotel in Stegersbach. If you book the deluxe romantic room you should be at the save side. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't offer private spa facilities. Breakfast is very good with local food.

Very good hotel for spa & welness friends. Even though hotel doesn't have own spa as more expensive Larimar nearby, all guests can use spacious and good equipped family spa & welness area, shared with other hotels. Next advantage - you can use these services also after check out. Hotel itself is standard hotel comparable with many other in this category. Price is reasonable in compare with similary hotels in this area. Service is fully satisfying, breakfast too. We cannot evaluate restaurant in ground floor - it was reserved for company event during our stay. Big plus for sleep quality, cleanless and location (nature, historical objects in Burgenland, golf etc.). Vice-versa, equipment of large room surprised us negatively: we cannot find nearly any from many details, which usually made stay in 4 stars hotel comfortable, especially when hotel offers spa. Simple, furniture was empty. Only exception was bathrobe, but no bath shoes or sheets, which are typically in every also much cheaper welness. Also other odds and ends were missing, for example shoehorn. No minibar in room - surprising for 4 stars. Guests can use self service automat instead - but surely it is not so comfortable. Critical issue - hairdryer in our bathroom has had badly damaged isolation - evidence that nobody has checked it after last guest check out! Absolutely not acceptable and in bathroom really dangerous. We have informed staff at reception desk. This hotel was tenth and last on our 16 days trip, we have very good base for comparing. Summary: definetely most expensive, but not the best. To retain 4 stars not only formally management has to improve some details, and I hope it will do it A.S.A.P.
