“Well appointed & great location apartment for multi-generational family ski holiday”

We arrived very late and someone was with us promptly to let us in. The apartment was beautifully appointed and finished and was in an ideal location for the slopes and supermarket. The staff were helpful, friendly and very attentive. They spoke good English. The on-site cafe/restaurant was excellent quality and the staff were also very friendly and helpful. The provision of a tablet for local info (including the ability to order bread for each morning) was unexpected & a nice touch but not hugely used as we had our own for use with the free wifi. Free use of a ski locker at the main lift station was appreciated, even though it was only a 5 minute walk. The mid-week towel change was nice and the absence of a long list of pre-check out requirements re rubbish removal, bed linen and towels was great, if a little disconcerting! Being able to leave our luggage after check out while we skied for the final day was great. On the downside, and these are minor comments - the kitchen would benefit from a few additional items to enable a full meal to be cooked and enjoyed - a water jug, an oven proof dish and instructions on how to use the oven & hob! As a previous reviewer has already commented, a few extra hooks in the rooms/ bathroom to hang towels & wet ski kit would be really useful. Finally, whilst the apartment slept 5 the sofa only accommodated 2 (or a friendly 3) additional lounge seating would be really good. The dining area padded bench seating could be used but it didn't allow the same relaxation as a comfy chair would! I'd book this accommodation again if we return to Kaltenbach.

Perfect big spacious, good equipped apartment spacious hall, toilet and bathroom with toilet,good equipped kitchen, big TV spacious sitting area, balcony, with view on ski'slopes from hoch zillertall. Private indoor, underground garage. With elevator to apartment. Walking distance : Supermarkt 50 meter. Restaurants. Dockter in the house. Skislopes (with private ski equipment lockers from alp Tirol). Super location and apartment. Do good directly booked for next year. So good, directly booked for next year top!

“great place”

hotel with very clean apartments and high polite and cooperate staff ,i had apartement with 4 rooms each one had separate bath room and wonderful views on the mountain , the area is quite and the atmosphere wonderful and the people there is simple and helpful
