“Helpful staff”
I was greeted by the daughter of the family who owns the property. She was so lovely and helpful! I was in need of a bike and she provided me with it and also told me about what to do and see around Mondsee. The hotel sits in a golf course and close to the lake (views). It sits on top of a hill almost so you can see the golf course, the lake and the beauty all around. The hotel is sold as a four stars property. It is actually located in a very quiet area but to be honest the provided service is a bit too poor given the rating the hotel has.
