“reasonable stay, unremarcable but staff very helpful”
I spent tow night in Lankaran and after having to change the room because of a terrible smell of humidity, my stay was fine. Good breakfast. From the premises, there is access to the beach and the traffic on the other side did not disturbe my sleep.

“A small hotel in small town close to caspian sea”
Spent two nights on way to Semur border of Iran. The hotel has rooms and cottages. the rooms are average, ACs don't work well. Food is average. We were in a large group and hotel is inadequately staffed to handle large group. The beach is dirty and black.

Railway tracks separate the Qafqas Sahil Hotel from the beach of the Caspian Sea. There is a special overpass from the hotel to the beach.
