“As good as it gets in Khulna”
In this city, you cannot expect (and will not get) more. The hotel is clean and no-frills, catered mostly to the business traveler. Rooms are clean. “Food was good but check-in system was so horrible.”
The check-in system needs to be improved. though their room was available they did not provide the room before 12.00 PM. it was tough to pass the time whoever come to Khulna at midnight by bus (time around 3.00 to 4.30). Hotel management needs to rethink about their check-in policy.
