The hotel is so conveniently located, right on the Passeig de Gracia and very close to several Gaudi houses. We walked all over Barcelona from the hotel. “Great location, poor customer service.”
Needed to check in early, tried ti sort this out via email, phone, offered to pay the extra amount for this. Never got a response. Ended up paying a day extra. Poor desk service. Breakfast not great. Location and rooms are good.
