“Soviet charm and charisma.”
This hotel is is a charming Soviet pension. It has everything you want and the staff are polite and helpful, using google translate. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's perfectly located. The lobby has great cappuccino. The place has atmosphere. Welcome to the 1980's.

“Grim on the outside but nice inside”
A little bit dated but nice inside even if the outside is grim. Reception staff were attentive and spoke English. There is a cafe and an ATM in the lobby. The hotel is an excellent choice for travellers from outside Belarus. That is, most importantly, because in the staff several people communicate well in English. “Choose the suite.. the rest of the rooms are quite old.”
The staff is pleasant and nice. they try their best the rooms are stuffy and old.. from soviet times. except the renovated rooms.. so if you want something a bit more close to today's standard please ask for renovated rooms (which are also more expensvie.. around 60/80 usd)
