Arrival was warm and welcoming. Checkin quick and professional. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and replenished until closure (which often isn't the case in other hotels) Loss of a 'star' due to 2 minor things: On the site is bikerental advertised, but when requested it seemed impossible. Use of wellness: sauna was turned off, understandable financially, however it should be mentioned upon check-in that reception needs to be contacted prior going. Overall, a nice and relaxing weekend.

Attractive converted mill buildings, in a beautful setting. The reception was light and opened into a well furnished lounge/ bar area. Our room in the Moulin across the road was spacious and clean, comfortable bed and excellent pillows. Not enough storage though, bathroom fine but no storage, worn towels but careful cleaning. Nice staff overall. Good fresh breakfast spread but understaffed, just one person in a packed out restaurant. Ridiculous staffing levels. We enjoyed the pool. 17 minutes walk to Yvoir station, excellent restaurant in hotel.

Clean hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the wellness amenities did not work as advertised (sauna out of order, jacuzzi outside was only 28°C and took an entire night to warm up) thereby nullifying the entire reason for our choice of hotel. Unfortunately, the wellness amenities did not work as advertised (sauna out of order, jacuzzi outside was only 28°C and took an entire night to warm up) thereby nullifying the entire reason for our choice of hotel. There was no notice about this nor an apology from staff.

The place is clean and well maintained but we came to the hotel because they had the facilities we wanted to use especially because it’s autumn and raining most of the time outside, the jacuzzi didn’t heat up and the sauna wasn’t working at all, prior to booking we called the hotel and asked them if all the facilities are working and they said yes, so to our surprise it wasn’t working. We were only able to use the swimming pool. We stayed for 2 nights and they kept saying it will be fixed by tomorrow or it will work later in the day but it never worked. It would’ve been better if they hadn’t lied. Then we could’ve booked a place with working facilities. The reception gave us a 50% discount on the drinks we had. So we paid €29 for drinks.
