“Fun week with family”

Spent a week with family. Quiet very laid back Resort away from the crowds . Good food and great service. Currently fighting the Sargassum but they work every day to clean it and it is across the entire Caribbean. Would recommend it

This is a well maintained all-inclusive resort in a quiet part of the caye. We appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro. The pool was great as were the rooms and the service. The front desk helped us organize tours and everyone was very pleasant. We played pickleball and used the new gym. Breakfast was great, dinner was so-so. Drinks were good. The one downside is that the 20-30min boat ride to San Pedro, to join a snorkeling tour or simply to have dinner in town, costs $30 per person. Given how remote it is, and that we were 3 in our group, this is a cost you should consider.

There are no roads to this Resort so they take you by on a 30 minutes boat ride wich actually is kind of fun. Once you get there you'll soon find out everything going at another speed, so be prepared to relax and enjoy the great staff. There is no beach, no playing in the sand for children, no chairs, no beach period. There is one bar at the pool and one bar at the restaurant, there is one restaurant. It is not a restaurant for a romantic dinner, more like a dinner and and in the evening you walk in and all the lights are on, its really bright, so be prepared. The pool area is excellent. The rooms and suites (we had a suite, we were upgraded) are way above average to what we are used too. The food is excellent, you may have to eat the same thing twice if you stay a week, same for breakfast its excellent. Almost forgot the coffee in the rooms is very good. Since there are excursions you would like to do in the Main Land I would recommend you book 2 nights in Belize, do what you want and then go to Reef Haven. The staff is excellent. Special thanks to Pedro for outstanding devotion to his work, a second special thank you to Earl, exceptionnaly devoted to his customers. I want to thank Angelita, Joanne and Edwardo. As a resume, would we go back? Though question, maybe yes, maybe no. I think what would stop me is only what you get for your money, not the food, not the staff, not the service, none of that. For the same money there are many resorts, many that offer a beautiful beach, a minimum of 3 à la carte restaurants, some even 5 plus all of them have a buffet. Ok so why would we consider going back? It was QUIET. As you get older you like more quiet than noisy. Thank you Reef Haven, we enjoyed our stay.
