I spent 62 days in this hotel. Nice hotel, AMAZING staff! Thanks to all front desk team. Mainly Luiza was incredible with me all the time. “Front desk staff are rock stars!”
The hotel is fantastic and the staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding. Kudos to Luiza who, despite being a Corinthians fan, was knowledgeable and helpful in every possible way. We’ll return.

“Staff that notice the smaller details”
Great hotel. Super friendly staff that notice the little details. Very attentive lifeguard (Jacqueline) too, the pools are large and she noticed a child trying to jump of a ledge in the adult pool, she spotted it instantly and the parents thanked her for seeing it so quickly.
