“Family friendly, great food, friendly staff! Children's entertainers are the best! Close to the beach.”
I've read some bad reviews but I disagree.. y'all are crazy. The rooms need a little work but are big, clean and comfortable. The food is great, great choice. Kids entertainers was just the best. Close to the beach, pools are perfect for all ages.

“Defo not 4* but we made the most ot it! honest review, good and bad”
Just got back from a week here 2 adults 3 children age 9, 11 and 12 , it was average... definatley not a 4* hotel... not many ( infact zero ) english people which was difficult. communication was difficult wth staff. we arrived at around 12 midday and were given our room key but told no wristbands… more

“Not a 4 star! Definitely has potential but not as advertised”
The hotel is advertised as a 4 star it is not. We are a English family. Most of the staff didn't speak English or very very little. All instructions of all inclusive were in Bulgarian, there was no English version available. We did use Google translate which was good. There were lots of facilitie… more
