Stayed here for two weeks with another couple. I read a few reviews after booking and got a little worried, however some were true and some exaggerated. Here is a lot of bad points first: One or two restaurant items were either cold or luke worm. One day the beans were straight out of the fridge. I went and complained to cooking staff immediately. The beds weren't done nicely. We do better at home. Some reception staff look a bit miserable, however they did help a couple of times. No free water in rooms Now the good points: Bar staff in lounge were really friendly and welcoming. Photos added. Generally the food was nice and fair choice. Good room was given on request as one guest had walking difficulty. Rooms and shower was nice. I would stay there again though.

Check‑in was smooth, with a cold cheeseburger welcome pack — the kind of culinary curveball that sets the tone nicely. Rooms are spotless, housekeeping faultless. You could perform surgery on the bathroom floor, though I wouldn’t recommend it. The WiFi is excellent — fast, reliable, and strong enough to stream, scroll, or send questionable spa selfies without a hitch. Food? Lukewarm and repetitive. Themed nights are a triumph of optimism over execution — “Greek Night” had me wondering if the chef thinks feta is a type of pasta. The spa is part wellness, part psychological experiment. A tale of mesh underwear and a “Journey to Thailand” involved fish nibbling my feet and a massage in a room that screamed “post‑op recovery.” The hotel design team didn’t get this far down the corridor sadly. Poolside bed wars begin at dawn, but there’s plenty to go around. The beach is vast, with free hotel sunbeds parked in front of the Majestic Hotel. Beach/pool towels are 30 lev / €15 refundable. Bar’s classy, staff efficient, entertainment cheerful. Reception staff respond well to basic human warmth. Location’s ideal — Sunny Beach centre is a flat, easy stroll. Verdict: Clean, modern, and mostly competent — with occasional lapses into culinary confusion and spa surrealism. Not perfect, but perfectly memorable.

“Meal time let it down”

Not a very good verity of food and what was there was cold Breakfast was the best meal of the day for me No tea or coffee served in restaurant after breakfast though you could have one at the bar but it was a mouth full if that

Hotel it's self is clean and well maintained, wouldn't believe it was refurbished last year!!!! The location for the beach is top notch.The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Hotel it's self is clean and well maintained, wouldn't believe it was refurbished last year!!!! The location for the beach is top notch.The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Cleaning crews reception staff and entertainment staff are fantastic. Now the kicker the restaurant,the staff are miserable not a smile among them at all the suppose hot food was either luke room or stone cold when this was brought to their attention I was told to use the microwave to warm it. When I did manage to find a cold piece of pizza I hadn't even finished chewing before the plate was whisked away. The food was very same same day in day out and it seems the hotel was serving leftovers from lunch time as it was the last week before closing for winter. If this was bed and breakfast I would give it 3 stars but as all inclusive 0 stars, knock a quater off the price so you could eat out and them it would be worth a visit.
