We came back from Bulgaria yesterday and we were completely satisfied. The hotel was close to the sea, beautiful, modern, clean, every day cleaning the room, clean towels. Great selection of tasty food. Most of all we must highlight the animation team led by the energetic, ever smiling Vikki. The animators were all amazing with smiles on their faces. They had a million activities all day. And not just the classic activities like zumba and kids club, but they had a performance prepared for every night, either theatre, dance, music and they performed in everything. They were constantly going around among the people and getting them excited and in the evening, when their program for the visitors was over, they were still rehearsing more performances. They are incredibly hardworking and talented people who do their work with love. The children absolutely fell in love with them. We had a lot of fun with the Baikal animation team. Thank you. 🫶

“Beautiful hotel in the middle of everything”

This is a great hotel. Beautifully renovated and a huge buffet. The food is tasty but doesn’t offer many healthy options. Everything seems to be either pizza, pasta, fried food or swimming in gravy. They serve almost the same everyday but that’s what you expect when booking all inclusive. Food is very kid friendly. The animations team is amazing and have been entertaining us the entire week. This is a good place for both families, couples and friends. They do lots of activities and shows for everyone. The hotel, however, does seem too small to the amount of guests staying here. You will have to expect a waiting time at the restaurant for approximately 10-30 minutes depending on whether you’d like a table outside or inside. The evening entertainment is right next to the restaurant so people will reserve the tables from dinner time to evening which makes it hard to get a table. At the pool it is forbidden to reserve the sunbeds but people do it anyway. The staff members try to remove towels but not enough. We stayed 7 days but only managed to get a subbed at the pool 1 day. The bar offers a great selection of snacks and drinks all day long.

Food was good overall. We had all inclusive. Breakfast fried eggs always rock hard, large buffet, large selection. Beer in the hotel is watered down to nothing, spirits same for cocktails, The animation team were really nice and engaging, doing great work all day and night. Rooms and hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are modern, lovely bathroom etc. The sun beds are biggest issue, people claim them from very early mornings and not use them for hours , staff should not allow this, often we could not get sun bed, Staff are friendly, helpful. Beer is like making love in a canoe.... very close to water.
