“Friendly clean and very helpful”
My daughter and I stayed here for just one night, although I wish we had stayed for more. The hotel was clean and tidy The rooms were nice, my daughter had the "Pink room" which was extra special. We stayed in s double room and it was very small, we were lucky to have only a small suitcase with us, because there wasn't much free floor space to open a bigger one. Kazanlak is a small town and not a tourist destination, so do not expect to find large, fancy hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful and most of them on reception speak good English.
