“Incredible location,but significant facility issues need addressing”

“Big group stay”
We stayed in a loft room and the resort really need to take care of the amenities. Broken floor tile broken grout throughout the floor. Loft bed isn’t good at all. Shower leaked the whole time we were there even though we called a few times and had someone come try and fix it and toilet was broken … more
