“Additional for parking”
We had not been overnight in Fredericton for about 5 years, and decided to spend a night at the Delta. Always a good stay, but this time we were asked to pay $20 for parking. “Great stay again”
We stayed one night on our way to Newfoundland, we had stayed here previously we like the location. The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is good, the Delta Pantry in the morning is a bonus before hitting the road. We also like walking into town on the boardwalk.

“Nice hotel, poor rooms”
The hotel is impressive, has nice green space and an indoor an outdoor pool. The outdoor pool has a separate restaurant which was new and beautiful, but it’s extremely windy off the river. The room was poor, there was no soap in the shower pump, and pink scum around the tub. The room was very dusty… more
