A wonderful experience, the staff were amazing, room was great, skiing was fantastic, delicious food, great atmosphere, we will be back!

Overall, the slopes are actually pretty good — at least from a beginner’s perspective. The green runs were well laid out and fun to progress on, and from what I’ve seen, the harder runs also look well maintained and enjoyable for more advanced skiers. That said, the quality of instruction was very mixed. We were lucky to have Michael as our instructor. He was calm, confident, and incredibly supportive. He helped me and my friends go from complete beginners all the way to passing our green level. He explained things clearly, stayed patient, and handled difficult situations really well. During our green course test, the turning section test set was basically carved-up ice and was not maintained at all even our instructor who went down it after us said it was very bad. One of my friends lost her edge and slid down the hill toward two instructors standing to the side directly at the end so no room to bail out and had thier skis in the middle of the course inside of the test area zone. She slid over their skis as she fell and nearly went all the way down the slope. Instead of handling it professionally, one instructor completely lost her temper. She started yelling, calling us incompetent, stupid, and idiots, and even said we could have made her “pay for knee surgery again.” She continued to yell at us about until our initial instructor got down and led us away, she did not help my friend up and said we should stop skiing for the day because we clearly can’t ski. It was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially toward someone who had just fallen and was already shaken. Michael handled the situation properly. He apologized for the other instructor’s behavior, helped my friend regain her confidence, and gave us practical tips for handling the icy turns. He then tested us again in a calmer area, and we passed. After that, our group continued skiing greens with no issues and no falls. In summary: the slopes themselves are good, and Michael was an amazing instructor who truly made the experience positive. However, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend going there expecting reliable help from instructors unless you get lucky with someone like him. Even private lessons, from what I’ve heard from others, can be hit or miss
