Great staff was amazing and very helpful very clean and nice rooms would recommend you to visit when in thunder bay hot tub was nice to have in room

Rates to high why do the Hotels in Thunder Bay charging so much for rooms???? Along with the hotel is nice to me your all over priced.

Check in was very professional. Maintenance wasn't was a little shabby. The one door didn't work, top jets in the hot tub didn't work.
