“Warm welcome in a snowstorm!”
We arrived with no notice at this hotel during a weekend snowstorm and at the height of snowmobile season. The manager, Julie, was very kind and welcoming, making sure that she gave us a quiet room at the back with a beautiful therapy tub. She also asked her staff to prioritize a room for cleaning … more

“Friendly staff”
Room is clean, access is good for vehicles or even snowmobiles. Be aware that a section of it, you must climb with your luggages but I'm certain you can get help. A franchise restaurant is connected to the hotel and you can access without going out and it is delicious and entertaining

“Quite pleasant!”
The hotel has a very friendly staff and the rooms have been renovated so quite confortable beds. Also, the restaurant has a new banner(La Cage, Brasserie Sportive) and does make it great as I really do not have to leave the hotel premises to enjoy a good meal.

“Very friendly staff”
The lady working at the small restaurant was super nice with our kids. She was bilingual (English as her first language). The rest of the staff was also very nice with us; we were there for one of my relative who was celebrating her 95th Birthday and we stayed for only one night...
