“Need to check in before 11pm”
We stayed at this hotel because we had a family reunion in the area. We arrived at 3pm to find out that our room was not ready and would only be ready in an hour. “Acceptable, but definitely not exceptional”
On the positive side: ample and comfortable room and bathroom. Days prior to arrival desk staff was able to switch rooms so that we could get one with handicapped accessible shower.
