“Wow - what a fantastic hotel. Wonderful pools, great staff”
Stayed two nights. Staff greeted us very warmly. Received a suite upgrade. Incredible room with awesome views of the “estate”. Really amazing pools. Loved the main pool with the glass front. Kids pools also amazing. Had a buffet dinner, which included hot pot, which Ross Zhang helped set up for us… more

“Great views and garden area, insufficient service/staff attitude”
Great views, garden resort area even with a mini zoo and vegetable garden to look around. It seems slightly dated but in shape. Breakfast is the usual cramped buffet in Hiltons on the island. What I found disappointing is "room not ready yet" at 4:30pm check-in time with no means to make up for it … more

“Break from business”
Was here for business and put up at another hotel, decided to take a break from work and checked in to Doubletree. Did not regret this at all. Was a very pleasant 1 night stay, the room was very comfortable, the view from the room is gorgeous. Definitely recommended.
