“Very nice hotel with good service.”
I stayed in an Executive Suite for two nights on a business trip. The room was very spacious with a living room and a bed room. “Smoky room”
Group of 20 stayed a night at this hotel for our Inner Mongolia tour. Friendly, efficient staff and great buffet breakfast spread. Room is spacious but unfortunately, the temperature is fixed at a high 25c which is uncomfortable for sleep. Smell of cigarette smoke in lifts, corridors and room.

“Poor experience”
Should have been a better experience. Room 1825 had a soaked floor area by the bed, stained with ? coffee or tea. Unsatisfactory. Reception apologised but neither offered a change of room or alternate. Shame, should have been more demanding!
