We appreciated the art nouveau style which was present in every part of the hotel from the lobby and the dining area to the hallway and the rooms. The rooms were large and airy with a comfortable bed and sitting area, as well as a delicate bathroom. The service was very accommodating and we were upgraded free of charge. The location vis-à-vis the old town is perfect, just around the corner. Although we were delighted that the hotel offered air condition, the cold air was directed straight towards the bed which made our nigh a cold experience. The breakfast was ok but nothing special.

This hotel looks like it has been recently refurbished. Decor is to a high standard. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. For the price this represents great value. This hotel looks like it has been recently refurbished. Decor is to a high standard. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. For the price this represents great value. Would definitely recommend equally as a business or romantic getaway. My room was on the 4th floor though the bathroom was large. The bath had been placed under the eves making showering difficult.

Perfect location, nice and helpful staff at the reception, good breakfast, but repetitive menu almost every morning. The rooms need an update. My room was equipped with law quality, old furniture, there was no chandelier or enough lumps in the room, so it was almost impossible to work in the evenings or nights. The walls were so thin, that one could hear every conversation around the room, and also feel an "earthquake" every time someone closes the door of the next room. The bathroom was quite comfortable. The worst thing was the absence of a cleaning service in the room. I stayed there for 2 weeks, no any single day I had someone cleaning my room, it was completely dusty by the time I was leaving. The only thing the cleaning lady did was changing towels a couple of times and taking garbage every day. She was the only one doing that job, and same lady was responsible for cleaning rooms and serving breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel unless they hire more and better human resources for cleaning service and also providing better breakfast.

There was a slightly unnerving curtained off section with a mattress on the floor and an old chair. Very odd. Breakfast was ok. Location is convenient for the town centre. Friendly staff
