“One Night stop for A business travel”

This is A farely good hotel! Large rooms that are quiet and fresh! The breakfast is not large but the warm dishes for breakfast such as egg and ham is nice. The rest is not much though. Price level is okey and the area around is safe and sound!

Nice spacious rooms, clean and tidy . The terrace opening out gives a stunning view of the chapel outside and the distant views of the slopy houses in the hill is awesome. Nice spacious rooms, clean and tidy . The terrace opening out gives a stunning view of the chapel outside and the distant views of the slopy houses in the hill is awesome. Breakfast with special omlette was fantastic. Its in the city centre and close to shopping, restaurents and the glass museum . A walk along the streets in the lovely weather gives pleasure to the body and mind. The tram is a convenient mode of public transport . There is the town Liberec at 30km away where we had dinner at a restaurent which is almost 250 years old and the food was delicious.

Well located hotel in a historic building, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Comfortable enough, very clean, rooms have absolutely no personality. Not unpleasant but not much of anything in terms of service. Not particularly helpful, no one goes out of their way to be gracious or kind, but that seems to be the norm in the area. It did not feel like anyone was even around at the front desk, so forget trying to call room to room, or have anyone from outside attempt to call you. This place would be fine for a night or two for a modest stay.

Right in the centre of town with parking by the door, a good spot if your visiting or working in Jablonec. Rooms were pleasant and comfortable, but lacking in amenities. There is a good breakfast included and you can eat in the restaurant too. A few local bars, restaurants are close by. I would stay again.

Expensive for what you get. Staff is not forthcoming with local recommendations of any kind. I stayed for a week and became bored with the in house restaurant's overpriced food. I asked several times for restaurant recommendations and was continually sent back to their own hotel restaurant. When I was able to venture out on my own I found what I considered to be the best restaurant in Jablonic and it was only a block away. Rooms were freezing cold and staff left me feeling guilty for asking for a space heater. A price had been negotiated upon arrival and when I went to check out it was not honored. Many excuses were made as to why it was higher, none of which were legitimate. Huge language barrier in the off season as well. I do not plan to return.
