“American in Czech”
First off the staff was amazing. They all speak several languages. The hotel has an elevator and air conditioning, which is a great comfort. The place is top notch. Clean and very neat. Highly recommended for singles or family.

“More a 3.5 that a 4”
The hotel is clean. The rooms are not so big. A minibar could be a plus. The phonic isolation is good with the outside but is average with the Inside. “Nice Hotel”
Nice hotel, clean rooms, big bathroom, good internet, excellent food, good coffe bar, nice personal and management, outdoor playground for kids, a lot of sports facilities (football stadium, athletic stadium, ice hall...) is nearby, aquapark and cinema also, little far from city center...

“Room small and the restaurant is a pub”
Room very small. The pillow of my bed was dirty and I asked to change it: they did it very quickly. Bed is a little small. Restaurant not so good. it's a pub, it doesn't matter but we ordered a pizza and it was to forget.

“Basic comfortable Hotel.”
Stayed in the Arena as a change to our normal hotel in Chomutov at the Merton just to see what difference there was.
