Another stay in Lipa-resort and we were very impressed again. The accommodation is very modern and stylish but also very comfortable. We booked a room together with the buffet half board (btw very reasonable price) and the food was amazing. Wide offer of salads and starters, hot buffet and delicious desserts. Breakfast also amazing. I think everyone can find their favourites. We also booked a sauna for three of us. The sauna itself is small but only limited number of people can book it in certain time so it is not crowded and the rest area is really relaxing with coffee&tea, water, fruit etc. Bathrobes and slippers are available for free. It was great choice especially in cold days it was great end of the day. Overall Lipa-Resort is amazing place to stay, we strongly recommend this hotel either for „ outdoor people“, „romantic weekenders“ or families.

Best place to stay in Krasna Lipa area. If you like it stylish and comfortable this is your hotel. Great architecture with visible concret and a lot of wood. Great appartements, comfy beds and everything you need to relax. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Big variety of food for breakfast, good tasty hot coffee. The restaurant for dinner is just ok. Nothing special on the menue but whatever I ordered was of very good taste, fresh and good quality. Parking in the garage available for a very low price. I come one or two times a year to that area and I always booked this hotel as I never was disappointed or experienced anything bad. Highly recommended and I will come again next year.

The pros is a good location if you are interested in the nature. Though I was not crazy about the building design, the apartments were clean, modern and reasonably equipped. Cons: the price. I paid 12300 CZK (about 440 GBP) for 3 nights half board for 1 adult and 2 children, which is quite steep for the Czech Republic. What was most suspicious, though was that - when we arrived - they told us that they "made a mistake" and charged us too low. They said that they only consider children to be children if they are under 6 !!! and that - even though I wrote to them my children's ages - they charged me too little at my online reservation. I had to settle the difference together with local charges. First, If they truly made a mistake, I do not see why should I be punished for this. They should bear the cost. Especially as I really did not have any other choice than to pay. Second, my friend was told exactly the same story. Simply, it seems to be a scheme to get extra money. Finally, I would not recommend dinner buffet. While the breakfast buffet is quite good, both in choice and quality, dinner buffet is not so great. I have attached some pictures for you to make up your own mind. Putting aside the taste, the food is not refilled. In the three nights, soup has never ever been refilled. Desserts were refilled one night (the empty tray picture) and main meals were practically non-existent on Friday 2 August 2019. After a 50 minute wait, we finally gave up and had a meal of plain mashed potatoes (children) and mash + vegetables (adults).
