Different rooms for the same price The hotel is located right in the square within walking distance of the Bishop's Palace The reception closes at 19:30, there is no telephone in the room A good breakfast, including breads, vegetables, eggs, baked beans, bacon, yellow cheeses and sausages, a selection of cereals, yogurt, juices, coffee percolator, tea, some pastries and some fruit, can be eaten in the dining room or on the roof terrace overlooking the town square There is air conditioning but no sign, we asked for and received at reception The TV works but you cannot select channels The rooms lack accessible electrical outlets, furniture must be moved to reach the outlet Allocate one soap bag and one shampoo per person only There is no cup for a toothbrush There is no room for soap or soak in the shower There is no sewing set and grooming set or bathing cap There is an elevator and you have to learn which floor to aim to reach the destination, our room located on the first floor was on the 3rd floor of the elevator Anti-slip mat of minimal size There is no handle to get out of the shower There is no facility for a suitcase The hotel car park is 500 meters away, luggage can be dropped off and parking is free of charge.

My partner and two friends from France spent two nights here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. It is conveniently located near all the major sites. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. We had breakfast on the terrace one morning but you get your food on one floor and have to carry it up a steep flight of stairs. The eggs were way too salty.

We chose this hotel based on recomendation. Rooms were clean and there were enough space. I appreciate air-condition in the room and a small fridge. Unfortunatelly, we didn´t enjoy our stay here, we expected more from this hotel. The sleep was not comfortable - the room was noisy in the morning, the mattresses were strange, as if they were made from rubber, the bed sheets were crepe, the pillow was very thin. We couldn't open the window because the room was full of the smell from the kitchen Breakfast were tasty and the menu was quite rich. Dining room was nice, but very small, especially for entire hotel. We had to wait for free table. Our stay in Kromeriz was pleasant and nice, but we were not too satisfied with this hotel. The price was too high and did not correspond to the quality of accommodation and food

“Good service, mediocre frappé”

Looking at the other reviews here I think that the service has recently got better. Nevertheless, I was slightly disappointed with frappé as it was most likely made from instant coffee. Iced coffee was lovely though.
