“Very Nice Hotel in Goma”
Friendly and helpful staff, very secure location...with 24 hour protection for its guests, food service not too bad, but could use some improvements cold eggs cooked the way THEY like for the breakfast that comes with the room. “Nice hotel and restuarant”
Hotel service is excellent while comparing with others. Nice Swimming pool, Sauna, steam and well maintained gymnasium. Food is also very nice. Spanish omelette, Beef steak and salads is highly recommended

“Order food and get scammed.”
Went there because a friend suggested that the sauna and steam are good compared to other places. However, it was kind of alright, not so great but okay. Prices for massage sauna/steam are reasonable. Now comes the interesting part. Had ordered some food and drinks. Total cost in the menu was 19000… more

“Good service nice swimming pool”
The service is good in comparison with local standards. Rooms are good too but nothing special. The swimming pool is really nice in comparison with other swimming pool available locally. Wifi is quite slow.
