“Great weekend with a great staff”
Mike the general manager has been extremely helpful and showed excellent hospitality!! Rooms are comfortably laid out and staff has been very helpful! 15 out of 10!

“Nice, but overwhelming odor/scent”
The hotel is nice. Not located near anything specific, but Hot Springs is small. Clean and comfy beds, good services, etc. Unfortunately, the whole place smelled overwhelmingly as if many bottles of bad cologne were spilled there. “Great stay and would stay again, but there are a few things missing....”
The property is well-kept and the workers are very friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the convenience of the room. We booked a Queen double by mistake, but decided to stick with it. “No coffee and over expensive food”
My son got married here two weeks ago. Very nice outdoor sitting area and pool. My only real complaint was that we paid over $200 per night and there was no free coffee in the lobby.
