“Magical Stay”
Château de Bagnols is simply stunning – a perfect mix of history, luxury, and charm. Beautiful rooms, excellent dining, and warm, attentive staff made our stay unforgettable. A true fairytale escape!

“Beautiful venue in the French countryside in need of service improvements.”
The Château de Bagnols is a beautiful property in Beaujolais. The rooms are large and interesting, the common spaces are quite large and there are amenities including a spa, an indoor pool and steam as well as large outdoor pool with chaise lounges. “See above but you have a beautiful Chateau so I hope you make some changes.”
We have been coming to the Chateau for 20 years and have never had need to point out issues. Been absolutely excellent in previous years. We use Relais et Chateau for all our hotels in Europe. “Apperetief with beautif view steep price”
If you are in the area and the weather is nice good for a coffee on the terrace or an apperetief. Do take into account appertief only served until 1745. And the wine although good is not necessarily worth the 16 euro (or tea the 8 euro) But the view is lovely
