“Great location”
Great location for the train station only about 4 minutes. We had a great room being upgraded from a comfort room. Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Reception spoke good English and were helpful. We had a good nights sleep, no noise at all. Would recommend.

“Treat yourself to a great hotel”
We came here for the Christmas markets and chose this hotel (from Eurostar holidays) due to its location. A wonderful hotel just a stones throw from the station. The staff were most welcoming on our (tired) arrival and the lobby area was superb. The lift was something else - as well as modern lifts… more

“Fine”
The hotel was fine though didn’t seem like a 4*. Breakfast disappointing for me. I love crepes and pancakes but they were stone cold with no means to warm them. Check you can get in the high sided bath ( no hand rails) as the shower was over the bath and I just couldn’t risk climbing in it.

“One night in Strasbourg”
Stayed one night at the end of our rail tour of Switzerland.Excellent location across the road from the station and a short walk from Petit France and the cathedral.Nice room with a view of the cathedral.Comfortable and quiet.Friendly welcome at reception and a decent enough breakfast buffet
