I never write reviews but with some of the terrible ones I thought I would, we just stayed for 3 nights 20-23rd of April and I cannot fault this hotel, it’s absolutely perfect for kids so so much to do, the staff are so helpful and friendly and the hotel it’s self it’s super clean and not dated in the slightest. Food is lovely as well. Free shuttle that goes to the park every 5/10 mins. Honestly if you’ve booked this hotel and the reviews are putting you off do not worry! Fab hotel.

Trip Overview We recently returned from a three-night stay at the Explorers Hotel, which included two days at Disneyland Paris and one day exploring Paris city centre. Room & Facilities We stayed in a "4 Crew Cabin" room. The cleanliness was brilliant and the in-room safe was very easy to use. Storage space for suitcases and prams is a bit limited, so I’d recommend living out of your luggage rather than unpacking. If you need an iron, you can borrow one from reception; just note that they will hold your passport as a deposit until you return it. Dining The breakfast was basic but decent. There was a good variety of cereal, toast, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, deli meats, and cheeses. In our experience, they never ran out of items, and there were plenty of options for everyone. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel or use the pool, as we spent our evenings at the Disney Village or inside the parks. The Shuttle Bus The shuttle service is reliable, though it gets busy very quickly as there is no formal queuing system. The bus stops at Stop N at the parks. A handy tip: if you stand close to the "N" sign, you’ll usually end up right by the third door of the bendy bus, making it easier to board. Luggage Storage The luggage room lockers are secure and accessible 24 hours a day. Availability was great during our stay. A large locker cost €7 for 8 hours, which was enough space to fit one large suitcase and three pieces of hand luggage. Airport Transfers (CDG) Travelling to and from Charles de Gaulle Airport was very easy using Bolt. For a family of four (two adults and two children), the price was between €30 and €40 and took between 40 and 50 minutes. Tip: Be sure you know exactly where your pick-up point is before booking. Our driver started the meter as soon as he entered the terminal area because we weren't in the exact spot where we booked. Warning: Avoid the taxi drivers offering rides inside the airport terminal; we were warned they often charge severely inflated prices. Getting into Paris On our last day, we headed into central Paris. It was straightforward: we took the hotel shuttle to the Disney parks and caught the RER A train. The journey took about 45–60 minutes to reach the Charles de Gaulle–Étoile station, which comes out right at the Arc de Triomphe and is only a 30-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower Overall a really good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for families. Other Other facilities in the hotel which we didn’t use due to time but was available were: Soft play Arcade Sports bar Bowling Treasure hunt Pizza place (open until 11:30pm in case of returning late from the parks)

A good hotel for families. There are a few options for food, from pizza to restaurant quality food. I had prawn pad Thai! A good hotel for families. There are a few options for food, from pizza to restaurant quality food. I had prawn pad Thai! The rooms were perhaps a little small for 4 people, but you only sleep in them. The beds are comfy and made for you every day. The separate toilet was ideal as the bathroom was only small. There was always hot water. The pool is great for families. The changing area was being improved, but we managed easily. We needed some female sanitary wear. The concierge helped out until we could get to a shop. The hotel is near to both parks. Beware the scrum for the buses if you stay for the light show! Take cash for a taxi!
