“Very small room”
Decent hotel, clean and comfortable but disappointed with size of room and shower very, very small. We had booked 6 months ago as we were attending a wedding at the chateaux. “Dinner in an historic hotel”
Saturday night dinner which was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel dates from early 20th century and retains many period features. Staff were very pleasant and helpful but spoke little English. In a quiet road an easy walk to Bagnole.

“Quiet, elegant, clean and friendly.”
Stayed one night during a short visit. The hotel is traditional style for the spa nature of the town, grand in nature but not large and intimidating as some elderly establishments can be. “Lovely room”
· We stayed here for 2nights last week. The room was a lovely size and very clean. The breakfast was a bit poor compared to others that we have stayed at. We didn’t eat here on an evening as it didn’t look as though the restaurant was open.

“Nicely situated”
This hotel was quite nice for an overnight stay although the welcome needed a lot to be desired, the hotel is a lovely old French building, the room had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean, good comfortable bed although they had some funny sausage shaped pillows.
