“Very good value for the price”
During our stays, appartments with comfortable double beds were clean, equipped with basic kitchen utensils, kettle, stove, microwave. Bathrooms with showers or tubs. “GREAT LOCATION”

“Cheapish but not really Family”
Location is near the beach of Minimis and although it's a part of La Rochelle it is a short distance from the main centre, there is a No4 bus and better a Sea Bus at 3 euro that will take you into the centre these run really late as well. “Cheap and cheerful”
Good location, very close to the beach, friendly staff, nice pool area. The rooms are small and basic but fine for a few nights. They could do with a mirror in the living/bedroom area though. Would go again for a cheap weekend break.
