“Fantastic stay!”
What a fantastic 3 days for the Truffle event. Everything was planned out in perfect detail. The food and wine, hotel accommodations, staff, wine tasting, cooking demonstration and visits to the Truffle Market, Truffle Farm and Foie Gras Farm were all wonderful in spite of the rain. “A Christmas Gastronomic Delight”
Everything, just everything was perfect, from the staff to the rooms, to the cuisine and the setting it was fantastic. This was our second visit in two years and plan to return! Many thanks to the team for making our stay so wonderful.

“We will stay again!”
We have stayed at Chateau les Merles six times now and will be returning in December. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the food and local wine is excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s our perfect stop over between Caen ferry port and the Pyrenees.

“Great family stay in a villa”
Great place to stay. We had a villa which I recommend. The shared pool at the end of the garden is fantastic. Lovely restaurant and bar area, altho we only had the breakfast once.
