We visited Paragraph with our family and were very satisfied. It’s a place where you can truly relax with your loved ones, and the children will have an unforgettable time regardless of the season or the weather outside: pools, slides, a playroom, and of course, the aquarium. But I believe the main highlight is the people and the service. I would especially like to mention the hotel staff — the restaurant, bar, and spa teams — all the waiters and managers are very friendly, cheerful, and attentive. Bravo! I can confidently say this is the best hotel on the Georgian coast. Keep up the great work!

We've been visiting this hotel as a family for five years now - every winter. Many things at the hotel have improved significantly this year compared to the previous two years. Reception and Guest Services First, I want to highlight the work of the Reception team, particularly Robert and Grigori. Their attention to guests is exceptional - precise and efficient. This applies to both the check-in process and the handling of various requests during our stay. Dining Experience The hotel likely has a new head chef, as the menus have changed in practically all restaurants—I'd say for the better. Adila, the poolside restaurant, now has a significantly longer and more diverse menu with full hot dishes. Brevolo, the Georgian cuisine restaurant, has also updated its menu to be more traditionally Georgian. The complicated dishes are gone, replaced by much more expected offerings for a typical Georgian restaurant: khachapuri, ajapsandali, ajakhuri, and so on. Two new restaurants have opened at the hotel. One is seasonal, so we couldn't try it in December. The second is year-round, located on the seventh floor opposite Sky Bar—an Asian restaurant called Yakami. It's quite expensive but very high quality and delicious. We went there once and ordered Japanese cuisine: sushi, rolls, soups, and desserts. Everything was simply excellent. Special thanks to the restaurant manager, Vato, who was extremely welcoming, told us a lot about the restaurant, and overall made the evening very pleasant. The room service deserves special mention. We order quite a bit to our room. In previous years, we sometimes had to wait up to an hour. This year, not a single order took longer than 30 minutes. Operational Improvements It's very noticeable that many internal processes at the hotel have improved and numerous small details have been fixed. This affects the overall feeling of staying at the hotel. For example, for the first time in 2 or even 3 years, the clock hanging on the wall in the water park shows the correct time. This is just one small example, but there are many like it throughout the hotel, and together they completely change the perception. Areas for Improvement A couple of downsides in this otherwise positive review: Our room was somewhat worn: a designer lamp on the wall didn't work, the tissue holder in the bathroom kept falling off, all the shampoo holders were very loose, and the bathtub in the kids' room was leaking. The hotel is seven years old, and it's starting to show, though it's not too bothersome yet. But the biggest drawback that needs to be mentioned for this review to be objective is the spa area (reception staff, not the treatments). They rarely smile. Every time you approach them, you feel like you're disturbing them from other vital tasks. It hasn't been known for perfect processes before. This year, there haven't been any particular positive changes. Specifically, the spa area includes the spa reception, massage rooms, a lounge area, and an indoor heated pool with a jacuzzi and saunas. At the entrance to this zone, signs everywhere state it's a quiet zone and children under 13 are not allowed. These rules are enforced extremely inconsistently. Our 14-year-old daughter, who is petite and perhaps genuinely doesn't look 14, was approached at least 7-8 times and asked to leave this area. It's very strange that during our week-long stay, the staff never learned to recognize her or remember that she doesn't need to be kicked out of this zone. At other times of day, 5-6-year-old children were jumping around, squealing, and causing a lot of inconvenience for other guests. On one of the cold days, small children were allowed into this area to warm up, with no clear warning to guests beforehand, which was also very strange from an overall process-organization standpoint. Final Thoughts Overall, Paragraph is a wonderful place—exceptional quality at a reasonable price. We highly recommend it.

The atmosphere is cozy, and the dishes — especially sushi and warm Asian-style meals — are very tasty.
