Stayed here many times as I am usually in Aalen for three or four night. After a while hotels get a little boring and a little extra space is nice. The Appartement Building is only about a year old, is furnished in a nice modern fashion. Some Appartements have a terrace or balcony, I think two of the ten apartments do not. Don't book if you are only staying one night, then it's expensive compared to local hotels as you have to pay cleaning costs, so from 3 nights onwards it's a good deal. Very clean, you have your own small kitchen so you can make stuff yourself, small refrigerator, etc etc. I like it, and would recommend for 3 nights or more. Book type B or C if you like space type A is quite small but fine if you are alone.

“Modern and clean apt accessible by car”

We have rented the well furnished, modern and clean Apartmenthaus Renz over 2 weeks. We were allocated room 8 -spacious twin bedrm at 2nd level with balcony and Room 10- relative smaller twin bedrom at level 3. Both rooms come complete with kitchenware, microwave, compact fridge and coffee maker (refer to picture). It has a smart Samsung LED tv (equipped with 2 english speaking channels; skynews). Towel & facetowel.are provided. Our rooms are cleaned on the 6th day- with bedsheets and towels cleaned and rubbish cleared. Washing machine and dryer are available at €3 per use at thr basement. It is also where your rubbish are to be disposed. Wifi is intermittent where 80% of time detectable. Apartmenthaus is located within a residential area of houses, 5km from Aalen town, linked via 2 train station away within a 800m (10mins) walk. It is also some 900m away from from the nearest Rewi supermarket (opens from Mon-Sat til 8pm), Rossman and little eateries. There is a public swimming pool and field within 6mins walk from the apartment. What we enjoy is the quiet environment and the fresh green pastures that greets you in the morning as you journey to the train station Hofen b.Aalen. it will certainly be more convenient with private transport. Be informed that collection of key access card is purely automated via a password from your email at the time of confirmation. Check-in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am.
