“A great base in Herzo”
Stayed for a week for business. 110% satisfied with a clean and spacious room, good foods and kind staff. “Ok, but sometimes unfriendly service”
Nice hotel and spa. 2 stars less due to unfriendly behavior of the waiter preparing some tables for the football match Ger-Ukr. Unfriendly behavior and not keeping the Covid-19 distance when talking to you. Unprofessional and out of context for the level of the Hotel.
