The GrauerBaer hotel is such an old charm. The room had a big balcony overlooking Kochel Am See lake, the door key was the old big key style, with a very antic charm. Friendly staff. English not the strongest, but good enough for me and my broken German. Parking is limited, due to Beergarten/restaurant is popular place to eat.
