We chose this hotel as our last stop before the Frankfurt airport, since it is within an hour's drive, but it has so much more to offer. We chose this hotel as our last stop before the Frankfurt airport, since it is within an hour's drive, but it has so much more to offer. We regretted only staying one night and will definitely be back! Great location, so private and peaceful - on a hill overlooking the green valleys of the Spessart with walking trails from the hotel. No traffic noise here, except an occasional airplane.... Our deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable and we had a great view from the balcony. Enjoyed the lovely pool. The full breakfast buffet was excellent - one of the best and dinner also exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff and management. A great find!

“Short stay in foggy Bavaria ”

I arrived to the hotel late in the evening, so I couldn't enjoy the swimming pool and whirlpool, but still it was a nice stay. Staff was very helpful, room comfortable and breakfast very, very good. And btw - frequent travelers will understand, why I mention this - socket to charge your phone as well as switch to all lights is next to the bed ;-).

“nice place to stay for everythings (business, holidays, etc..)”

You can taste bavaria in a quite place, room are nice, people are kind and professionnal, the view and athmosphere are very nice, swimming pool is big enought to swim and play with children. There's many path to walk/run in the forest. It's a little bit expensive, but it's BAVARIA...

We found the Hotel on the internet, where it was stated that they had used the Corona lock-down for an update, and it was newly re-opened. We arrived mid-day, and were very surprized that nobody bothered to ask for evidence of our vaccination or whether we have been tested. Covid restrictions were in place, though, elsewhere in the hotel. The Hotel as such is very nice situated, both interior and exterior appear well kept. There is a nice pool, but the spa area is quite little for a hotel in this price category and size. There was a room called "fitness", not much bigger than my walk-in closet at home, and therefore not very useful. Housekeeping staff seemed to be very inexperienced, and mostly not speaking german well. The staff in the reception and front of house were service minded and helpful, when issues arise. There is a lot to do in the geographical area, and one can have long walks right from the hotel. We stayed for 14 days, but next time we rather use one of the packed deals. For this category, we thought that the prices were a bit stiff, but all in all it was a nice stay.
