First of all: this place has magic! This place is magic! The owner, often personally at the hotel reception, shares a great passion for old things, he joyfully spreads around the place. You find old radios in the entrance hall, a hood from a beetle bug hanging from the wall, old stereos everywhere, typewriters even with russian types, all kinds of old lights and heaps of more stuff to discover. And this goes on in the technically very modern rooms, where it can happen that an old door is transformed into a wardrobe and stylish old, used furniture and mirrors are tastefully placed at the walls. So no need to complain about "worn stuff". It is intentionally still in use, not only because of the feeling but also to create a great beloved contrast to the boring functionally new designs in many other places. Of cause this always is a question of taste and so you will hopefully get the customers seeking right this. Nevertheless this house carries a soul, surely as long as the familiy owned place is run by these lovely people, to whom you can talk as humans. The lovely room in the tower, "Turmstüberl" expresses right that: a statement to hospitality, friendlyness and care for the customers. Here you find musical instruments of many kinds, incl. three classical guitars, horns and even a keyboard waiting for concerts of lokal and international artists. And can prepare coffee and tea for free or have a welcoming beer. So go for it and last not least: Beds and bathrooms are without doubt of the latest standards and in our last room, Mona Lisa smiled from the wall. She nows, why!
