“Quiet, stylish with excellent food!”
Landhaus Meinsbur is a nice traditional German place to stay the night. Beautiful garden, very well kept with a quietness you look for after a long drive. We were nicely welcomed and stayed in the modernised garden house. Nice room with authentic furniture. A comfortable bed and a delicate bathroom… more

“Delightful”
Just back from a two night stay on the weekend at the Landhaus whilst visiting friends nearby. The hotel is a breath of fresh air; clean rooms, delightfully furnished, good bathroom, excellent shower. The breakfast was good and in a nice setting. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. It feels like a small and simple version of The Grand Budapest hotel of Wes Anderson. Cleaner than i expected, because i always thought that authenticity always come with a little vintage dirt. “Great Place to Stay”
I have stayed at Hotel Meinsbur a couple of times and have enjoyed it very much. Very classy place, and very comfortable. Comfortable beds, and very clean rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed the thatched roof as well - had a nice old-world feel.

“Nice village location”
Used this hotel as a stopping point on a drive to Denmark to avoid city hotels in Hamburg. It is in a very pleasant village location with plenty of parking space. Helpful staff, excellent menu, comfortable and quiet rooms
