I've stayed here twice for work and I love it! Though it isn't part of a hotel with points, it's a cozy and homey place with the best people and comfy rooms. Victoria at the front desk is so kind and service oriented. There's nothing much around as it's a suburb of a suburb of Frankfurt, but the two times I've stayed I ate only at their restaurant the whole time. It is delicious. There's a young guy in the restaurant who is so sweet. I wish I could remember his name.

“Above all, kind and helpful personnel”

What really impressed me, was the reaction of the staff in the hotel Landhaus Hotel Waitz in Muhlheim, who pay attention to any of remark and try to find solution and improve it. It is hotel offering good quality service, but the attitude of the personnel is absolutely super!

“Nice but hidden”

This is a very nice hotel a bit hidden when you first drive up. But then it opens up and have a very nice setting. Good dining and dining areas. This is a very nice hotel a bit hidden when you first drive up. But then it opens up and have a very nice setting. Good dining and dining areas. Conference facilities are good but the one we used lack aircon. Outdoor dining and beach bar! is cosy. Fast checking and checkout, english speaking staff in all positions. WiFi (as someone already commented) is good but a bit complicated with a new password every day to each item. In good traffic 30 min from the airport FRA in rush hour the double.

“Convenient, but not special”

We had a big company meeting there with about 30 people divided into different groups. Room was quiet OK, bed was comfy, bathroom was brand-new and the shower was spectacular with different spray holes and you could actually sit in there. Still the room felt cold and it was missing a special touch.… more

We had a big company meeting there with about 30 people divided into different groups. Room was quiet OK, bed was comfy, bathroom was brand-new and the shower was spectacular with different spray holes and you could actually sit in there. Still the room felt cold and it was missing a special touch. The meeting rooms have seen better days, they had all the basic equipment, but it looked a bit used already. Service was just standard and it was difficult to find somebody who was really ready to help with an extraordinary question. Wireless was not in good quality especially in the rooms. Best thing was the food in the restaurant. Location is in the middle of the little town.
