Excellent is a bit generous but it is a very good place and saying they are good would have been unkind. The counter staff is consistently friendly and helpful. “A great location for a Cologne city break”

“Great stay overall”
The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Would definitely recommend!

“Excellent experience”
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great locaiton (many dining options, sight seeing, business sites). Room was HUGE, and clean. Breakfast buffet was very good.
