“brilliant!”
So I'll start with the room- I stayed in a really nice room/suite sort of thing ( it said privilege by the door) and out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at it's definitely the best! “Lack of air conditioning”
The only inconvenient for me it was the lack of air conditioning. The high temperature in Hagen was unbearable. The breakfast was great, easy to walk around the hotel, next to the city center and the staff are very kind.

“standard mercure hotel”
It is a standard mercure hotel. Room are ok and big enough. Breakfat standard but with a very good choise. Big park area vailable for the cars The lonely problem was due to the people that were in the bar (maybe not hotel guest) and that made a lot of noise without think to the hotel guest
